-3 nights lodging in a beautiful Nature-inspired private room in the newly restored eco-lodge at the Mountain Park Environmental Center in Beulah Colorado
-Healthy, nutritious and delicious meals and snacks during your entire stay
-Door-to-door shuttle service to and from the Colorado Springs airport to the Mtn Park
-2/ 90 minute massages
-Full retreat activity program designed by Coach Helene that may include ( based on weather predictions) walking and/or trail hiking geared
to your fitness level; snowshoeing, cross country skiing, day trip to high mountains including hot springs soaking
-1:1 coaching sessions with Master Certified Coach Helene Van Manen during your retreat along with 1 preparation session before you
arrive and 2 upon your return home.
