BUSINESS COACHING: BUSINESS RETREATS
Gather with your Board of Trustees, former Board Members, or Business Team for an overnight retreat in Manitou Springs, Colorado and work with Master Coach Helene Van Manen.
The retreat format creates the stage for examining what is working for your organization and what is not. We can focus on a single issue or use the time to vision and/or celebrate achievements. This experience is designed to move your group to the next level of success. Participating in a well-planned retreat can help to create the synergy that will make your group more productive.

CONSIDER THIS FORMAT FOR YOUR GROUP:
Meet at: 2:30 pm in Manitou Springs - A beautiful Bed and Breakfast will be the setting for your group. We will have numerous coaching groups designed to work on specific objectives planned in advance. This will be combined with connection time and the retreat process of self care and personal leadership building through reflection.
Our Evening Program will include a Watsu Spa night. www.manitouwatsu.com. This is an integral part of building leadership skills and we will be reviewing the essential success skills linked with Self Care for the Busy Professional Woman.
Retreat ends at 11am the following day.
Follow up coaching emails and accountability for commitments will be tracked by Coach Helene.
The cost includes the full coaching program, bed and breakfast accommodations, evening program, afternoon tea and snacks,and gourmet breakfast . Dinner plans to be negotiated.
