An Overnight Retreat co-led by Coach Helene Van Manen and her daughter Sierra Stulb.
This retreat is for women who want to take a space of time away from their daily responsibilities, have fun, and connect with their moms or daughters. This retreat will help build your connection to each other and to yourselves. You will both gain valuable insights about your life path during this time together.
Gray's Avenue Hotel is a wonderful 7-room historic turn of the century Queen Ann in the heart of Manitou Spring's Historical District. All of our rooms have private bathrooms; most with claw foot tub and shower, a delicious breakfast served daily, a Jacuzzi in the back garden, spa services available and many restaurants, shops and art galleries are in walking distance.
The Mother Daughter Retreat rates includes:

cost is $325.00.

Coach Helene Van Manen
Helene Van Manen is a Business and Life Coach. She leads Self-Care retreats
as a vehicle for helping women find their personal power. Helene is a Coach

Coach Sierra Stulb
Through Hip Mamma Coaching ~ Coach Sierra Stulb specializes in working with
pregnant women and new mothers to visualize what they want for their
birthing and mothering experiences and then set up systems to make that
happen. She offers mini retreats in southern Colorado where women join with
other women to discuss their challenges and explore new values for
parenting. She also works internationally with women by phone in 1:1
coaching sessions to support them around body image issues and self care.
