The weekend will be a blend of activities and coaching circles designed to support you in finding a new rhythm to your connection to your Self. Your time here will be yours alone. Let go of your daily life and work responsibilities and allow Coach Helene to lead you to your truest Self. Re-discover Who you are.

Our time together will move between powerful coaching circles, dancing, yoga, hiking and connecting with other women. Learn how to use your journal in ways that will support your personal development. And..be prepared for an experience that cannot be encapsulated into words.
